When are the arrival and departure?

Check-in is at; 4:00 p.m. and check-out at; 11:00.

Where are you located?

We are located in; Nicolet. Here are our coordinates: 1141, Saint-Jean-Baptiste, Nicolet, Quebec J3T 1W4



Do we have access to the spa and swimming pool with our room reservation?

Indoor pool and hot bath are accessible to all hotel residents.

Access to thermal baths from 4PM is included with most of our packages (extra $25 per person for early access from 1PM).

For those booking stays outside of our packages, access to the thermal baths is at $45 per person, for a block of 5 hours (or $30 per person for an evening access after 6PM).

Can we use the spa even if we are not staying at the hotel?

Yes, of course! For visiting guests who are not staying at the hotel, access to the thermal baths is at $45 per person, for a block of 5 hours (or $30 per person for an evening access after 6PM).

Are children allowed in the spa and thermal experience?

Unfortunately, children do not have access to the spa and to the the thermal experience. However, they have access to the swimming pool and the spa located in the hotel.

You'll find our menus here: restaurant. On this page, you can also book your table. We look forward to serving you!

Is the restaurant open every day?

For breakfast, the restaurant is open Monday to Friday from 7am to 10am, and Saturday and Sunday from 7.30am to 11am.
For lunch, we're open Monday to Saturday from 11:30am to 2pm.
For dinner, the restaurant is open Monday to Wednesday from 5pm to 9pm, and Thursday to Saturday from 5pm to 10pm.

Do you have gluten-free options?

Yes our menu offers gluten-free options!



Is there a show tonight?

We are currently working on our new program.

Do we have to bring our chairs?

On site there are chairs for the spectators! Good show among us!



Can we buy the Exploration Passport as visitors if we are not staying on site?

Unfortunately, the Exploration Passport is exclusive to the hotel guests. We wish you a nice day!



How does it work for pets? Are they allowed?

First, when you book a room online, you need to add your pet in the options! Otherwise, you can contact us by phone for the reservation at 1 855-293-6262. A fee of $20/animal/night is to be expected.



Do you have gated access to park our snowmobiles?

There is parking, but there is no secure paddock for snowmobiles.
