Welcome to our four-legged friends!
Your furry companion is welcome at our hotel ! In the room, we provide a cushion and bowls to ensure their comfort. Upon arrival, your dog will receive a gift bag with a treat and essential items.
* Charges of $20/pet/night applies. Please make sure to inform us in advance if you are bringing a pet.
* Additional charges may apply at any time if damage or extra cleaning is required due to the presence of a pet.
A few rules to follow
• Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.
Even the calmest pups should stay on a leash to avoid any surprises. This is for their safety and the safety of others.
• Dogs should not obstruct traffic or access to other customers.
Cuddles are welcome, but jumping on neighbors is not. We want everyone to feel comfortable, including those who haven't yet discovered the magic of dogs!
• Paws on the ground! No dogs on chairs or tables.
Dogs must stay on the floor — this is a shared space and hygiene is our priority.
• Dog owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
Everywhere, accidents can happen. Please bring your bags! Let's keep the terrace clean for everyone.
• Aggressive or noisy dogs may be refused entry.
Respect for other customers (and dogs) is essential. If your dog shows signs of aggression, we will kindly ask you to leave the terrace (with regret).
• Dogs must remain calm and under the control of their owners at all times.
• Dogs should not disturb other customers.
No begging for food, no jumping on people.
• Dog owners may hydrate their pets for their comfort.
Please offer them water or use the provided bowls if available.
• Feeding dogs human food is prohibited (except for dog treats).
The menu is not for your pup! Some foods can be toxic for them.
• Dogs are allowed inside the establishment (common areas and rooms reserved with mention of a dog presence)
Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, the spa café, the pool area, the bell tower terrace, or the Nordic spa, except for assistance dogs, as required by law.
