Policies and information :

  • Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Guests have access to hotel facilities (indoor pool, hot tub, and on-site activities) starting at 1:00 PM on the day of arrival. Access to the outdoor thermal baths and spa is included in most of our packages starting at 4:00 PM. For early access starting at 1:00 PM, an extra $25 per person applies. If thermal bath access is not included in your package, it may be added for $45 per person for a 5-hour block (or $30 per person for evening access after 6:00 PM).
  • Restaurant : Smart casual attire is required as a courtesy.
  • Pets: A fee of $20 per night, per pet, applies.
  • Housekeeping :
    • For stays of 2 nights or less: No housekeeping will be provided during your stay. For special requests, please contact the front desk.
    • For stays of 3 nights or more: After the second night, towels will be changed, trash emptied, bathroom refreshed, and coffee supplies replenished. After the fourth night, a full room cleaning will be performed.
  • When booking, a deposit of $100 is required, unless mentioned otherwise or on certain special offers.
    • The deposit must be made by credit card. Cash deposits are not accepted.
    • The deposit is refundable if the cancellation is made 15 days or more prior to the arrival date. The refund will be issued via the original method of payment.
    • If cancellation is made between 24 hours and 14 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be held and applied to a future stay within the following 12 months.
    • If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before arrival or in the event of a no-show, the first night will be charged (taxes included).
  • Upon check-in, a pre-authorization for the total cost of your stay and a $100 security deposit will be taken. This amount will be released at check-out if no additional charges have been incurred.
  • Accepted payment methods at check-out: credit card, debit card, and cash.
  • No credit is given for unused meals or activities.
  • Guests must be 18 years or older to book a room.
  • All prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice.

 

Room and suite upgrade details :

  • Oasis Room: Additional $10 per day.
  • Oasis Room with garden view: Additional $40 per day.
  • Lofts and Suites: Additional $90 per day.
